Colour caricatures on commission

Fancying a change and digging out the watercolours, I have been enjoying a new style in caricaturing lately which I have been meaning to add to this blog. By using colour, the portraits become even more personal, I think, capturing hair and eye colour, skin tones and clothes with much more amusing accuracy. Having recently done two events to challenge myself in painting quickly and effectively in colour, I am now completely converted! Several commissions and cards later and I am itching to paint everyone I see :)
